On your first visit to The Rehab Centre,
we will have some brief paperwork for you to fill out. The
paperwork will provide us with information about yourself
and your health.
Once all the paperwork has been completed, a Chiropractor
will talk to you about your health, concerns and potential
treatment options. After this consultation the Chiropractor
will take a detailed history and complete a thorough chiropractic
examination.
After a history and examination, the Doctor may recommend
x-rays in order to further asses the nature of your problems
and help rule out any serious underlying conditions. These
x-rays will also assist us in developing the most effective
treatment plan.
Once the exam is complete, the Doctor will explain the
nature of your problem, x-ray findings, treatment options
and any at home care. |
